Hello Friends,

I am deeply honored and humbled to share that I have been appointed Executive Director by the Service League's Board of Directors. It is a heartfelt privilege to serve in this role and to work alongside such a caring and dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and community partners.

Having been part of the Service League for over 20 years, including the last 12 years as Corrections Director, I have developed a profound understanding of and compassion for the vulnerable populations we serve. My experience has strengthened my commitment to advocating for their needs and supporting their journeys to rebuild their lives, find stable housing, gain employment, and achieve independence.

At the core of our mission are the people we serve their hopes, challenges, and resilience inspire us every day. As Executive Director, I am committed to building upon the compassionate work already in progress and exploring new, caring ways to better support our clients and enhance their outcomes.

I am truly excited about the possibilities ahead. Together, we can make a meaningful difference, and I look forward to sharing stories of hope, progress, and heartfelt success across our programs and services.

We are soon welcoming a new baby girl to the Hope House Residential Program! In preparation for her arrival, we are seeking donations of the following items: new or gently used clothing (newborn to 6-months), blankets, bottles, diapers (newborn to 6-months), wipes and other baby accessories.

Donations can be delivered to our office at 727 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, M-F from 8AM - 5PM. We can be reached at 650-364-4664 or [email protected]. Thank you for your support and generosity!

Thank you to everyone who generously donated a toy for this event! We are so grateful to have been included in this joyous new tradition with the County of San Mateo - Government. Our annual Toy Drive benefits the families of individuals in custody and clients with children at our Hope House residential and transitional programs.

We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than with our annual Christmas tree decorating at the Hope House. This holiday season, we're especially grateful to you - our community of donors, supporters, staff, volunteers, clients and alumni. We wish you and your family a happy holiday season and new year, from all of us at the Service League.

Join us as we kick off a new holiday tradition at 500 County Center with our first-ever County Tree Lighting, held in partnership with the Service League!

Enjoy festive music from the Aragon High School Chorus, light refreshments and a warm community celebration.
