Last weekend, Heirs To Our Ocean, hosted hands-on educational activities at the Orange County Girl Scout STEM Expo, engaging over 300 girls in exploring how single-use plastic pollution affects our community health, ocean, and climate.

Through interactive learning and problem-solving, we equipped these girls with science-based tools and critical thinking skills to take real action, creating a healthier, more sustainable future.

Our work doesn’t stop there. Over the past month, we’ve led single-use plastic brand audit workshops and are now supporting youth leaders of the U.S. Youth Action Council for the UN Ocean Decade as they organize 25+ brand audit events across their own communities. These youth will collect data to inform policy and drive community-based solutions to stop plastic pollution at its source.

🌊 Join us in supporting young women and girls leading the charge against plastic pollution — donate through the link in our bio.
