Little Portia was rescued from LA Animal Services South LA shelter after she was abandoned by her family during labor…where she had dead puppies 💔 Flash forward a couple months, some good nutrition, time & attention in foster and Portie is doing fabulous and so ready to find her forever home. She is dog friendly, human friendly & the sweetest dog. She walks pretty well on leash & is house trained. Portia is a terrier chihuahua about 1.5 yrs old. Meet her Subaru Pacific on 10/17/26 fir
