Sensory-Friendly Evening at the High Desert Museum!

A special after-hours experience designed for children and adults who experience physical, intellectual, and/or social disabilities to enjoy the museum in a quieter, more supportive environment.

Explore the museum’s newest exhibitions and revisit your favorites at a calmer pace. Sensory packs with headphones, fidgets, and more will be available to borrow.

This swim experience offers a calmer environment where participants can enjoy the water in a safe, supportive space. Swimming can be both relaxing and energizing, providing sensory regulation, movement, and fun for all ages.
