You pick the date (or dates), pay that amount and the boys from NorCal Elite Gymnastics will crank out that same number in push-ups or another exercise assigned by coach. YES WE WILL UPLOAD VIDEOS OF THE SUFFERING! Push-Ups Forever...BEGIN!
