Hi Everyone!
We had a great meeting this week with the visit of our District Governor, Steve Neuner! He shared his vision of what this year's tagline, "The Magic of Rotary" means to him.
We also had the pleasure of installing Joe Davis as the newest member of our club!
DONATION OPPORTUNITIES
WE NEED SOCKS!!! We'd like to make a splash by proving an abundance of socks for this Student Club at RBC HS!! Bring SOCKS (as many as you can) and Ellie will make a basket for this Club and present it to them on behalf of The Red Bank Rotary Club!!! Let's get friends and neighbors to donate!!!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
CROPWALK October 20th - Volunteers needed to pass water to the participants. Bring friends and family members to help and confirm that you will be participating by either calling or texting Addie at: 732 299-0134. This is a quick one. We are at the start of the walk. Just let Addie/Ellie know if you can volunteer, so the town knows how many safety vest to make available for us!
The Water Station is located on the corner of Harrison Ave. and Mechanic St., Red Bank. We meet at 1:00pm to set up and fill the water cups for the runners and walkers. Since we are the 1st Water Station on the route, we should be done by 2:30pm.
CLUB FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
FIELD OF HEROES – Flags will be up the week of Veterans' Day. We are starting to sell sponsorships. Flags are $75 a piece and you get to commemorate your hero. You and your friends can sponsor your hero by going here: https://rbrfoundation.square.site/
WILLIE MAYS: Raffle tickets are for sale!! Please start promoting and let Ellie know if you want tickets or you have people who are interested in purchasing tickets. They are $10 a piece.
