In February, we kept it simple and made space to connect.
Our first Thrive After Five — the Happiest Hour of 2026 brought together leaders from across Berks County—nonprofits, city teams, and community organizations—for real conversation and shared insight. No agenda, just connection.
From environmental work with the City of Reading to advocacy through ALDEA, to The Camel Project’s upcoming ChalkPalooza 2026, the evening reminded us that meaningful impact often starts with relationships.
As one reflection captured it: “We are tearing down walls to create a synergy that can be felt throughout our entire community.”
This is how the work moves forward—together.
