NOTICE OCTOBER 1, 2026

Moving forward SLHA will no longer allow any resident to leave their boats, kayaks, or any other water gear up on the lawn on the north side of the lake. This is the area behind the tennis courts and playground. There are several there now (13) and most of them have been there for some time. SLHA is requesting that they all be removed by November 1, 2026 or they will be pulled out and will be picked up by a trash service. We need this to be completed before the winter sets in.
IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW OWNS ONE OF THESE, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS OR CONTACT THE OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 816-322-1883.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but this is causing many issues, making it hard for the lawn service to treat the weeds and grass and several have standing water in them which also causes a unsanitary environment.

We want to continue keeping our community safe and beautiful. Thank you for helping us do that!!
