And that’s a wrap! 🩷🎗️

We are the first team for small town Raymond since 2014 and we knew that no matter what we raised, it was the importance of us just giving back. MCCA helped Declan, Rachel, and their family when Declan was going through his chemo treatments a few years ago. Cancer is real, it is fierce, and it is expensive. It is so wonderful to have an organization within our county that gives back to families when they have so much on their plate.

We shot for the moon with a goal of $20,000 when we were planning what our five weeks was going to consist of but we knew we were willing to work hard. None of this could have been accomplished without the businesses letting us host events, volunteers putting in the work with us, businesses and families sending donations, and each and everyone of you having so much good in your heart to support us along the way.

Last night Declan, Hadleigh, Maddy, and Quinn performed in the Variety Show with us and honestly they stole the show. 🤩 Hadleigh sang the national anthem, the kiddos rocked their dance, and Declan shared with the world that he BEAT cancer and WILL become a fire fighter. And of course they walked around with their donation bucket, asking people to empty their pockets…how can you say no to those faces?

By the end of the night, our grand total for Stamp Out Cancer was $20,243.00! For little ol’ Raymond, I’d say we did pretty good! Over all, the four teams that participated this year donated over $160,000 to Stamp Out Cancer and set a new record! We are thankful to have made new friendships with the other fundraising teams and SOC Team! Thank you all for your support along the way, we appreciate it more than you know!
