RAIDER NATION SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT

Featuring: Hansen Physical Therapy

We're excited to spotlight another local business supporting the Raider Nation Booster Club and Stevens High School! Get to know the people behind Hansen Physical Therapy and their connection to Raider Nation!

1. Tell us a little about your business.
We are an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic giving personal care to patients in the Black Hills area. We love our small community and helping patients get back to feeling their best!
2. What made you decide to support the Raider Nation Booster Club and Stevens High School?
We love giving back to the people that we grow to know and care for, and many times this includes Stevens athletes and students.
3. Do you or your team have a personal connection to Stevens?
Our owner, Ryan Hansen, graduated from Stevens High School in 2000. His two boys are currently in school there; Henry is a senior competing in football, basketball, and track, and Franklin is a sophomore competing in wrestling. Ryan's dad, Robb Hansen, was the very first Stevens Homecoming King back in 1973. The Hansen family goes back to the beginning of Stevens High School.
4. Why do you think it’s important for local businesses to support high school students, activities, clubs, and athletics?
Supporting high school activities is the ultimate engine for hometown pride, helping create unforgettable high school experiences. We believe when local businesses team up with parents and students, it creates a partnership where everyone wins. We love being part of the "HYPE!"
5. What’s something about your business that people in our community might not know?
Ryan originally desired to become a therapist after receiving physical therapy from the owner of this business when he was at Stevens, after a football injury sidelined him. Today, Hansen Physical Therapy frequently has Stevens students come and shadow our therapists after they express an interest in physical therapy. We love paying it forward.
6. What’s your favorite Stevens tradition or memory?
It's special when the high school seniors get to walk the halls of their elementary schools. Those future Raiders look up to you!

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT

A huge Raider Nation THANK YOU to Greg Geary Allstate for investing in our students, activities, and athletics!

Greg’s Raider roots run deep, and we’re incredibly grateful to have local businesses like his stepping up to support the next generation of Raiders.

Hear from Greg Geary Allstate:

Q: Tell us a little about your business. What do you do, and what do you love most about serving the Rapid City community?

A: I’m proud to call Rapid City home, and one of my favorite parts of being an Allstate agent is getting to know the people and families in our community. Insurance doesn’t have to be complicated. I’m here to make it easier, answer your questions, and help you find coverage that fits your life, your needs, and your budget.

Whether you’re protecting your home, vehicle, family, or future—or simply want to make sure your current coverage still works for you—I’m always happy to help. I look forward to getting to know you and being someone you can count on for your insurance needs.

Q: What made you decide to support the Raider Nation Booster Club and Stevens High School?

A: Being able to give back to the same community that supported me in my athletic journey growing up is something I can really take pride in. It’s an honor to be able to give back to the community and the school.

Q: Do you or your team have a personal connection to Stevens?

A: My wife and I are both alumni of Stevens High School. I was an All-State football player and an All-Conference basketball player for Stevens as well.

We currently have two children involved in SHS athletics programs. Our son, Levi, is a junior and plays on the varsity golf team. Our daughter, Jada, is a freshman and plays on the sophomore volleyball team.

Supporting our kids and their programs through the Raider Nation Booster Club is a great way to continue to help grow our programs and our community.

Q: Why do you think it’s important for local businesses to support high school students, activities, clubs, and athletics?

A: Supporting students helps build stronger communities. When local businesses invest in students, it creates meaningful relationships and shows that we appreciate not only our kids’ efforts, but also the investment the staff make to support our kids in their programs.

When local businesses support local students, everyone benefits—students gain opportunities, schools grow stronger, and communities become more connected.

Q: What’s something about your business that people in our community might not know?

A: We know firsthand the impact high school activities can have on young people. That local connection carries into our business as well. We’re a small, local team where customers can call or stop in, right here in Rapid City.

For us, it’s about taking care of our neighbors and supporting the community we call home. We serve Rapid City and surrounding Black Hills communities and prioritize our individualized service and long-term local relationships.

Q: Tell us a little about the family behind the business.

A: Something people may not know about Greg Geary Allstate is that our connection to Stevens High School goes back long before our business began supporting Raider athletics. Greg is a proud Stevens graduate and former multi-sport Raider, competing in football, basketball, and baseball. He went on to play baseball at South Dakota State University and was later inducted into the Rapid City Sports Hall of Fame.

Because of that history, supporting Stevens students and athletics is personal to us. Greg knows firsthand how much coaches, teammates, activities, and community support can shape a young person. Being able to give back and support today’s Raiders is our way of investing in the same community that supported him.

For us, it’s more than a sponsorship—it’s coming full circle. Once a Raider, always a Raider!

Q: Where can Raider Nation find you?

A: Allstate Insurance — Greg Geary Agency
3423 W. Main St.
Rapid City, SD 57702
(605) 341-2345
[email protected]
www.allstate.com

Facebook: Greg Geary Allstate

Q: What advice would you give today’s Stevens students?

A: “The relationships you build today can become the friendships, opportunities, and support that shape your life for years to come.”
