Stan Peerboom Memorial Fund Charitable Organization founded January 29, 2001 in memory of Stan and Monica Peerboom. We greatly appreciate your support of the Stan Fund. Thank you.

The Stan Peerboom Memorial Fund (IRS Section 501 (c) (3) Public Charity) was created in 2001 to honor the memory and wishes of Stan, beloved Husband, Father, Friend, and Rainier High School Principal. In 2003, following the passing of Stan’s wife, Monica, the Stan Fund continued its mission to help maintain and develop Stan Peerboom Field at Rainier High School and to support other charities Stan

and Monica would have favored. Over the years, the Stan Fund has collected and disbursed over $50,000 for the baseball field and to support other charities, most recently the Rhonda Holmes-Delaney Scholarship at RHS.

Friends of the Stan Peerboom Memorial Fund:

Last month, December 3rd, marked 25 years since Dad passed away. Following recent family discussions, we have decided that this is a good time to wind down the operations of the charity. There are several reasons for this decision, but we generally feel it has been a good run and is the right time to focus our attention on personal endeavors/causes.

It has been a real treat to work on the various charitable activities over the years, especially the Rhonda Holmes-Delaney Scholarship in recent years. We feel good about the contributions we have made over the years and plan to keep supporting good causes, just in a different way. Thanks to everyone that has been a part of and supported the Stan Peerboom Memorial Fund over the decades. Best to everyone going forward.
