Check-In: Be sure to check in your player(s) at the registration table upon arriving to the field. This is how we track attendance and participation.
Season Schedule: A weekly reminder e-mail will be sent with the meeting times, etc. Teams are being created based on the age of players and not by grade. This will be aligned and similar to what Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) follows. Hopefully this change will help. Here is the breakdown of each team group and the proposed game times:
Rugrats, 8:30am-9:30am
U6, 8:30am-9:30am
U8, 10-11am
U10, 11:30am-12:30pm
U12, 1-2 pm
Juniors, 2:30pm-3:30pm
Phone App for Communication: Be sure to download the app, StackTeam App - game schedules, practice schedules, and direct access to coaches are all available there. Also, any schedule changes or adjustments will be communicated through the app.
Randolph Youth Soccer Association uses the smartphone app which is 100% FREE to join. It will keep you updated with all the latest news, events, schedules and much more. We will be using the app to communicate regarding game cancellations and the coaches will be using it to communicate with their teams. To get the full features of this app, please go to the App Store or Google Play and download the Stack Team App onto your mobile device, then follow these simple steps:
1. Sign-up to Stack Team App. You'll be sent an e-mail to activate your account.
2. Log-in and search for your team, then request to become a member.
****All games and practices will be posted on the app.**** Kindly look for your group (i.e., Rugrats, U6, etc.). The individuals groups will be there.
If you don’t have a smartphone or would prefer to receive email correspondence, please reply to this email with a request to be added manually. Please reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] with any questions and/or concerns.
Practice: Weekly practice for players on teams U6 and up will be scheduled and held per the Coach's discretion. Your player's coach will provide more communication/information about this as time goes on. U6 will now be having practice, so please try your best to bring all players to practice during the week – the coaches are setting time aside to assist in developing your players to be the best!
NOTE – For the week of 4/21/25 we will most likely hold practice for all teams. This will be a nice warm up to the beginning of the season, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet the coaches in person and ask any additional questions.
Items to Bring: water bottle, soccer cleats, soccer socks, shin guards; player can wear pants or shorts with the RYSA shirt - (to be distributed the first 1-2 weeks in the season).
****ALL PLAYERS MUST WEAR SHIN GUARDS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SESSIONS!!!**** (We will be selling them for $5 all season if needed)
Volunteers: We are still in need of other volunteers for this season. We are requesting two parents to assist one Saturday for each age group. Please e-mail [email protected] if you are interested. If you are interested in coaching, please email [email protected].
Parking: A note regarding parking. Please park on the opposite site of the field in a slanted position in case emergency vehicles need access to the field. This will also allow more space for folks to park.
Donations: Kindly fill out the optional section to help us apply for such donation. We greatly appreciate your assistance.
Mass Youth Soccer Tolerance: Kindly review the MYSA Zero Tolerance Policy by using the following website - https://www.mayouthsoccer.org/codes-of-conduct/
There are documents there concerning the following topics - Zero Tolerance Policy, Player's Code of Conduct, Coach's Code of Conduct, Parent's / Guardian's / Spectator's Code of Conduct, and Soccer Officials Code of Conduct.
IMPORTANT NOTE – This is a friendly reminder to everyone that ALL parents, players, family members, and RYSA staff should always conduct themselves appropriately while attending practices and/or games at the Belcher Park fields. Be kind to everyone and treat others the way you would like to be treated. There is no need for the blatant disrespect and concerning encounters we have had to experience as of late. As always, feel free to reach out to a RYSA Board member if there are any concerns or issues.
