The local 4-H/FFA livestock show will be held February 15 at 2:00pm in Grandfield, weather permitting.

The Southwest district show in chickasha at the Grady county fairgrounds will be February 10-14. All entries are due by January 28. Sheep entries are $25 per head, swine entries are $25 per head. Contact Mr. Rhine if you are wanting to attend this event. Thank you.

Those of you showing livestock at county county junior livestock show are expected to bring a dessert dish and help serve at this event on Monday 1-12-2026. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

If you are showing an animal in the cotton county junior livestock show this form needs to be scanned and filled out online by December 15 I will send these home with your son/daughter today. Also all swine nomination packets need to be turned into me today by noon so that I can get them turned in to oye. Thank you.

Attention: Location change;the FFA labor auction will be held at the Devol fire department October 28,2025 at 6:30pm. We hope to see everyone there. Please feel free to share.

For the labor auction on October 28,2025 at 6:30pm, we will also need all FFA members to bring a dessert. We will need this brought to the devol fire department between 6pm and 6:15 pm. We hope to see you all there.

These young FFA members participated in the FFA-OCC contest in Hobart on Monday October 6. I was very proud of their effort and attention that was put into preparing for this event. They will compete again October 14 at Chattanooga for a chance to qualify for the state contest. We wish them all the best next Tuesday October 14. I believe in each of you, we can do this.
