FOCoS (Free On-Site Consultation Services) is our signature program designed to support small and emerging museums across the state. Through one‑on‑one guidance, virtual or on‑site consultations, and an expanded network of expert professionals, FOCoS helps institutions strengthen operations, improve visitor experiences, and better serve their communities. Museums can apply anytime and request support in areas ranging from collections and interpretation to marketing, accessibility, and volunteer management.

Think your museum could use the support? Download the application on our website! We're here anytime you need a little extra help.

One last HUGE thank you to ALL of our sponsors, partners, and exhibitors who were instrumental in helping us put together Greenville's Conference.

We had a great time connecting with exhibitors and touring Greenville's various museums and cultural centers. Each logo on this page made such a difference in this year's conference and we so appreciate your support.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again in 2027!

We are also seeking a tech-savvy individual to serve as our Techmeister! The Techmeister takes the charge on all of our website communications. If you love working with webpages and want to get involved in the NC museum field in a new way, we would love to work with you!
