The need for safe and affordable housing across the Triangle continues to grow.

In 2025, 1,788 people were identified as experiencing homelessness across Wake, Durham, and Orange counties—a 15% increase in just one year. Meanwhile, the fair-market rent for a two-bedroom home in the Raleigh–Cary area reached approximately $1,763 per month, requiring a wage of nearly $29 per hour to remain affordable.

These numbers represent individuals, families, veterans, young adults, seniors, and working residents who need more than temporary relief. They need access to safe housing, supportive services, affordable rental opportunities, and pathways toward long-term stability.

At R&S Community Housing Alliance, we are committed to being part of the solution. We are always looking to connect with donors, housing professionals, developers, investors, service providers, organizations, and community leaders who are serious about helping prevent and end homelessness.

We represent R&S Community Housing Alliance, a North Carolina 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on homelessness, housing stability, and supportive pathways toward independence.

We are developing a Back-to-School Housing Stability and Family Resource Initiative for Wake County families. We would love to explore a partnership with Clancy & Theys involving employee volunteers, donated supplies, family resource kits, community-development guidance, sponsorship, or future grant consideration.

We are not simply looking for a donation. We are interested in building a meaningful relationship that helps students start strong and connects families with housing and stability resources.

We are R&S Community Housing Alliance, a North Carolina 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to providing safe, structured, and supportive housing solutions. Our primary motivation is addressing homelessness and helping individuals and families move from instability toward long-term independence.

We are developing a Housing Stability Navigation Program and pursuing future transitional and supportive-housing opportunities in Wake County. We are seeking funding, donated goods, technical assistance, property-development expertise, volunteers, and community partnerships.
