Richard has been selected as our next Army veteran and has been paired up with Scout as his service dog. This pair has some similar struggles through their lives and suit each other so well. Congratulations Richard on you new journey with Scout. Richard is training with Insight K9 Solutions which also fostered Scout while we were waiting for a veteran to pair with her.
