One of the simplest things we can provide to someone living with Alzheimer’s—or someone caring for a loved one with this disease—is to be present. Show up. Be compassionate.

Let’s help make Alzheimer’s a “chicken casserole” disease—where instead of people disappearing after a diagnosis, friends, family, neighbors, and communities show up with support, compassion, and maybe even a casserole. ❤️

The Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials will begin accepting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) starting October 1.

LIHEAP may be able to help eligible households with their home energy costs and provide some extra support heading into the colder months. ❄️🏠
