We're making great strides towards illuminating the holiday season! With $5,596 already raised, we're within reach of our $8,700 goal for new Christmas lights. Little League is in full swing in Quasky!
Here are a couple facts about the little league:
1. They don’t charge any fee for the 101 kids to play, all they need to purchase is a jersey. We have 52 boys and 49 girls.
2. We are in the Delaware county league where they use pitching machine for 1st two levels and pitching/HS rules for the oldest level.
3. There is a short Tball season for the preschoolers and kindergarteners.
4. The league does a great job with focusing on families, so you don’t have to chose between which kids game to go to. Softball has Mon/Wed, Baseball has Tues/Thurs, and they alternate weekends for tournaments.
5. All the coaches are volunteer and a lot of the them played in the Quasky little league themselves.

🎅Last Saturday around 71 kids received gifts and brought in 90 lbs of food for the pantry!

Today we pause to say thank you to every veteran who served so we could live in freedom. Your courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
