The dedication ceremony for our new Quartz Hill Queens Little Free Library was yesterday evening! We are so proud of our Young Miss Charlie (and her amazing parents) for spearheading this amazing project supporting literacy in our community 📚 Thank you to Adrien & Vito and everyone at Affordable Air for giving our library a wonderful home and always supporting the queens and the QH community in general, you are all amazing! Thank you to Assemblyman Tom Lackey (represented by Angela Allen), and the Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce (President Nikki Rodio and board member Kwincy Little) for attending our ceremony and recognizing our girls. To all our sister queens, members of Charlie’s GS troop and friends and family who purchased books and joined us last night, thank you!!! Stop by and find your next read! 📚🥰

The Quartz Hill Queens have done it again! Our Spud-Tacular Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head themed booth was a hit at the annual queens cook-off. We had potato fry chips, tator tots, waffle fries, carne asada fries AND a baked potato bar! Who needs exercise when you’ve got alllllll those fries?! 🍟 We loved all the booths, everyone did such an amazing job beating the heat and wind! Congrats to all our sister queens! 🩷

We were honored to do a snack drop-off for all the hard working staff at Fox Field Air Tanker Base, Dispatch Center & Fox Helitack 532. We even got to go inside the helo and learn a ton about how they do water and fire retardant drops. Grateful for them today & every day! (A huge shout out to Sadee Moody Brews Mobile Coffee for her extremely generous donation of bottled coffee for them!) 🔥🚁

Thank you to the AV Queens and all the directors who helped put on the Annual Scavenger Hunt today! Our girls had the best time pairing up with other communities to complete their checklists! 💚
