Booth Schedule!!!!

If you didnt sign up to work a shift here is two opportunities to lend a hand….

1) Set -Up Freezers, enclosed trailer and power cords Sunday on Mark Crisel’s empty lot at 3 pm…we could use muscles to load things!

2) Monday at 5 pm Kight’s will be setting up and starting batches of ice cream…we could use some hands to dip ice cream into cups to store in freezers.

Few things from our April meeting….

We have chosen to sell a variety of ice cream bars and do a raffle for picnic table that kids built in Ag class at the Puxico Homecoming.

Another fundraiser we want to try later in the year will be a chili supper/Silent auction to be held in school cafeteria before a basketball game.

Our next scheduled meeting is Monday, July 14 @ 7 pm. We will finalize things for the Homecoming fundraiser and signup for booth shifts at this meeting.
