Sunday August 9th : Set-up of Freezers, Canopies, Trailer, etc on the Midway

Monday August 10th @ 5 pm:
Run couple batches of ice cream to put in freezers for Tuesday night sales.

Booth Schedule!!!!

If you didnt sign up to work a shift here is two opportunities to lend a hand….

1) Set -Up Freezers, enclosed trailer and power cords Sunday on Mark Crisel’s empty lot at 3 pm…we could use muscles to load things!

2) Monday at 5 pm Kight’s will be setting up and starting batches of ice cream…we could use some hands to dip ice cream into cups to store in freezers.
