Oreo is looking for his forever family!🖤

This sweet 75 lb boy is young, goofy, and full of love and energy. His elderly owners hoped to keep him, but he’s simply more dog than they can manage. Now Oreo is looking for a family who can keep up with his big personality and show him how wonderful forever can be.

He does well with other dogs and is currently being fostered in Cape Coral. We’d love to see this boy find the loving, forever home he deserves.

Happy Life, Mack!🩵

Sno’s story could have ended very differently. He was facing euthanasia at DeSoto County Animal Control when we stepped in and gave him the second chance he needed.

Today, we’re so happy to share that Sno, now Mack, has found his forever home!

From being out of time to having a family of his own, this is the ending we hoped for all along.

Happy life, Mack! We’ll keep showing up, saying yes, and fighting for the dogs who are still waiting for their chance. Until there are none left.

Sweet Spree has been waiting since May, and she still hasn’t received a single application! 💔

It’s hard to believe this sweet girl has been overlooked for so long. Spree loves people, gets along well with other dogs, does great in her kennel, and continues to improve with her leash manners.

She was saved just in time from the DeSoto County shelter’s euthanasia list, and now she’s waiting for someone to choose her and give her the loving home she deserves.

Spree is heartworm positive, but we’re covering the full cost of her treatment. She just needs a family willing to give her a chance.

Monday got you feeling a little blue? Josephine is the pup for you! ❤️

Josephine is a goofy, wiggly sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She loves playing with other dogs and can be a little overenthusiastic, but that’s all part of her charm! She absolutely adores people and is working hard to build her confidence in new places and around loud noises. Every day, she gets a little braver.

Josephine has been with us for almost six months and would love nothing more than to find the forever home she deserves. She is completely vetted, does well with kids and other dogs, and is ready to start her next chapter. She is currently heartworm positive and on the slow-kill treatment, so she’ll need a family willing to support her through the rest of her journey.

The Kong Wubba has become a daily necessity around here! 💜

Spree and Cappy have made it their mission to keep that Wubba in constant motion. Whether they’re carrying it around the yard, playing tug, or chasing each other in circles, these two know how to have fun. They’re friendly, affectionate, dog-social, and full of goofy personality, making everyone they meet smile. After all they’ve been through, they’re more than ready for families to call their own!

Happy tails, Bella! 💗

We are thrilled to share that Bella has found the perfect forever home and is absolutely loving life. She has fully embraced her role as queen of the couch and spends her days happily following her new owner wherever she goes.
