AFA Leaders Conference Registration Open!

Agriculture Future of America (AFA) Leaders Conference is open. Applications Due September 7! This is an fantastic opportunity for any student to access professional development workshops (interview skills, dinner etiquette skills, and career goal setting) as well as meet with industry members and students throughout the country.

All expenses except for travel are paid and CAHNRS can assist with travel expenses. It will be November 10-13 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Gonzalez, a USDA-ARS hop research horticulturist, is hiring a Biological Science Technician to help manage day-to-day field and lab operations at the WSU-Prosser station, located in Prosser, WA. Dr. Gonzalez's program focuses on improving hop production's cultural management practices, investigating hop responses to abiotic stress, and identifying and developing technologies and methods to mitigate stress.
