Hello everyone,

We are excited to offer another basketball training opportunity for our girls with Jeff Charney.

Coach Charney brings nearly 20 years of basketball coaching experience at the youth, high school, and college levels. He is currently an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at St. Norbert College, where he has been part of multiple conference championship teams and NCAA Tournament appearances. Previously, Coach Charney spent five years as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Pulaski High School. Before Pulaski, he served as an Assistant Coach at De Pere High School, helping the program make multiple WIAA State Tournament appearances, including a State Championship and a State Runner-Up finish.Coach Charney is passionate about player development and helping athletes build strong fundamentals, improve their basketball IQ and confidence, and develop the skills needed to make plays in game situations.

The training times and dates for Jeff's sessions are as follows:
August 18, 25September 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
Times are6pm -7pm - 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade7pm to 8pm - 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th Grade
This is free to your girls and if you know of anyone who would be an incoming 3rd grader please spread the word to them and have them come as well.
We are excited to have Jeff train our girls and we hope to see you there.

As a reminder we have a training session tonight at the Pulaski Middle School

Below are the times the girls can attend, again this is for the grade you are going into for Fall 2026.

6pm to 7pm - 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade

7pm to 8pm - 6th, 7th, 8th Grades

We have one more with Kennedy next week 8/11/26.

Hello PGBA Families,

Congratulations on a fun and successful 25-26 PGBA girls basketball season. From what I saw there was a lot of success/ growth and a lot of positive things to build on going forward.

With that being said it is now time to turn in the jerseys and information on that is as follows:

Where - Pulaski Community Middle School - Commons

When - Monday March 9th, 2026

What Time - 430pm to 630pm

Riki Charney will be present to collect the jerseys, if you cannot make it please reach directly out to her at 608-792-2818 to coordinate and alternate time.

This years coaches, please bring your key fob and basketball bag / balls if you were issued one.

Failure to return jerseys will result in a fee being assessed to your next years registration if you choose to play.

In the coming days a survey will be sent out to each email associated with the PGBA Crossbar account. This is an anonymous survey and we encourage your open and honest feedback so we can continue to steer this youth program in the right direction.

If you have already turned your jersey into a coach after your season ended please disregard this message as your coach will turn the jersey in.
