It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of a truly cherished member of our team. Thad was a kind and compassionate soul whose warmth and uplifting spirit touched everyone around him. Thad had a special way of bringing light into the workplace, often through his sense of humor and genuine care for others. Thad’s impact on our team will not be forgotten. He leaves behind not only the memory of his contributions, but also the lasting impression of his character and the connections he built with those fortunate enough to know him. During this incredibly difficult time, our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his family, friends and loved ones. Thad will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A Striking Finish: Thank You to Pinelle's Bowlero Lanes 🎳

Every great adventure deserves an unforgettable ending, and that is exactly what our youth experienced during their inaugural scavenger hunt. After a day filled with teamwork, problem‑solving, laughter, and determination, the final clue led our group to a place that perfectly captured the spirit of fun and celebration—Pinelle's Bowlero Lanes.
Not only did Pinelle's Bowlero Lanes serve as the final destination of the hunt, but it also turned out to be the booty—the treasure waiting at the end of the adventure. When the youth arrived, they were met with an incredible surprise that made the entire day even more meaningful.
The owners, Michelle Pinelle and Mark Pinelle, truly went above and beyond in their support of our youth. Their generosity and enthusiasm for our group were evident as they welcomed the kids and provided them with free bowling passes so they could continue the fun even after the scavenger hunt had ended.
For many of our youth, moments like these matter more than people realize. A simple act of generosity can turn into a lasting memory, reminding them that their community cares about them and celebrates their efforts. The excitement of finishing the hunt, combined with a future opportunity to bowl and celebrate together, created the perfect ending to a day that was already filled with energy and accomplishment.
Pinelle's Bowlero Lanes has long been a place where families and friends gather for fun, but through this act of kindness, Michelle and Mark showed that their commitment to the community goes far beyond entertainment. They demonstrated what it means to invest in the next generation by encouraging, supporting, and celebrating our youth.
On behalf of our entire youth group, leaders, and families, we want to say thank you. Your generosity helped transform a fun event into something truly memorable. The smiles, laughter, and excitement from the kids said it all.
We are incredibly grateful to have community partners like Pinelle's Bowlero Lanes, and we look forward to continuing to build relationships with local businesses that believe in supporting and uplifting young people.
Here’s to community, generosity, teamwork—and a whole lot of strikes and spares.

Community, Clues, and Kindness: Dutch Bros Helps Launch the CTSR Youth Group Scavenger Hunt

Our CTSR Youth Group recently held its inaugural scavenger hunt, and what an incredible way it was to bring our community together! The day was filled with teamwork, laughter, and plenty of clever clue‑solving. One of the highlights of the event was the support we received from our local Dutch Bros Coffee stand, which graciously agreed to be one of the official hint locations for the hunt.
Participants raced from clue to clue across the community, and one of their stops led them straight to Dutch Bros. The team there welcomed our youth with smiles and enthusiasm, making the stop both exciting and memorable. Having a local business involved added a fun twist to the hunt and helped create a real sense of connection between our youth group and the community around us.
We would especially like to give a special thank you to Gigi, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we asked if Dutch Bros would be willing to participate, Gigi showed nothing but a positive attitude and a willingness to help make the event a success. Her kindness and enthusiasm made a lasting impression on our students and leaders alike.
Moments like these remind us how powerful community support can be. When local businesses and community members come together to encourage young people, it creates experiences that go far beyond a single event. Our youth not only had fun solving clues, but they also saw firsthand how generosity and community spirit can make something special happen.
The CTSR Youth Group is excited about many more events to come, and our first scavenger hunt set the bar high. We are grateful to everyone who helped make it possible—especially the team at Dutch Bros and Gigi for welcoming us so warmly.
Here’s to more adventures, more community partnerships, and many more smiles along the way!
