Artist Spotlight: Audrey Lukacz

Originally from Portsmouth, NH, Audrey graduated from Butler University’s Dance Department with a B.A. in Dance Pedagogy. Upon graduating, Audrey joined Ballet Rhode Island (formerly Festival Ballet Providence) as a trainee under the directorship of Kathleen Breen Combes.

In 2021, Audrey was promoted to Apprentice and then in 2023, was promoted to Company Artist. At Ballet RI, Adurey has performed works by Yury Yanowsky, Ken Ossola, Paulo Arrais, Lia Cirio, Trey McIntyre, Chanel DaSilva,Yusha Marie Sozrano, Emily Mistretta, and George Balanchine, among others.

Artist Spotlight: Aram Hengen

Join us in welcome dancer Aram Hengen back to the project for Season 5!

Born in Providence, Aram holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Ballet with an Outside Field in Business Studies from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. He is currently a Company Dancer with the New Jersey Ballet under the direction of Maria Kowroski. With NJ Ballet, he has performed works by renowned choreographers including Lauren Lovette, Justin Peck, Peter Martins, and more.

Introducing guest artists Charlotte Nash + John-Paul Simoens of Oregon Ballet Theatre

This June, Revolve honors one of history’s most iconic artistic collaborations: composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky and choreographer Marius Petipa. Charlotte and John-Paul will perform the grand pas de deux from The Sleeping Beauty — a timeless display of romance, virtuosity, and sweeping music.

March/April 2026 Pointe Magazine cover star Charlotte Nash is a Soloist with Oregon Ballet Theatre, where she has performed a wide range of leading roles across both classical and contemporary repertoire. Oregon Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer John-Paul Simoens has performed featured works by acclaimed choreographers including Helgi Tomasson, Jerome Robbins, Liam Scarlett, and more.

This iconic pas de deux from Sleeping Beauty comes to Providence for one night only- join us June 28 at The Strand in Providence for an unforgettable evening of live music and dance.

Artist Spotlight: Emily Adams

Please join us in welcoming Emily Adams back to Revolve Dance Project as a choreographer for our 5th Anniversary Season!

Adams trained at the School of American Ballet before joining Ballet West where she has been a Principal Artist since 2015.

She began choreographing as a student and was invited by Peter Martins to participate in the New York Choreographic Institute’s Spring Session 2004. Emily has created seven ballets for Ballet West; most recently, Mass Hysterical, which featured an original score by frequent collaborator and Sundance Institute Fellow, Katy Jarzebowski.

Adams has choreographed works for Richmond Ballet, Ballet West II, The RosinBox Project, Revolve Dance Project, and artEmotion, among others. Emily was awarded the Utah Arts Festival’s Choreographic Commission in 2017. In August 2019, Emily collaborated with The Way of the Rain, Sibylle Szaggers Redford, and composer Tim Janis to create Earth Movements: A Symphony for Ballet. The ballet was presented at the UN 68th International NGO Conference, and featured dancers of Ballet West alongside the Utah Symphony.

Emily participated in the National Choreographers Initiative of 2022 and is a 2023 recipient of the Princess Grace Honoraria for Choreography.
