🍂 OCTOBER FEATURED ARTIST: VERONICA KLAVZAR 🍂

We’re so excited to introduce our October Featured Artist, Veronica Klavzar!🪉✨

Veronica Klavzar, born in Brunico, Italy, is a South Tyrolean harpist, performer and pedagogist mostly based in Vienna and active worldwide. She began harp lessons at the age of 5, winning different awards already at an early age. She graduated from the Conservatorio Claudio Monteverdi Bolzano and completed two master’s degrees in Vienna with honors by 2022 (one in harp and one in music mediation).

Performing internationally in various settings (solo, chamber music, orchestra), besides playing classical and contemporary music, Veronica now explores electronic harp with her own compositions, integrating singing, movement and other expressive arts.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in artistic research, exploring the electric harp through technology and interdisciplinary performance while questioning stereotypes and traditional perceptions surrounding the instrument.

Throughout October, we’ll be sharing more of Veronica’s work and getting a closer look at her approach to the electric harp, interdisciplinary performance, and expanding what the harp can be.
