Thank you to all the girls who worked hard at tryouts! The coach will be reaching out in the next couple of days to you/your daughter to discuss team decisions. Each girl should be proud of their effort!

Today is TryOuts! It has been great to see the interest in Prosser Club Volleyball. Given the ages of the girls and the time availability of our coaches, we anticipate that we will be able to offer a 1) U-16 tournament team for girls who live or go to school in Prosser, and 2) a non-tournament/practice team. Of course, we'll know more after today but we wanted to get out this tentative information now in case you are older than U-16 or you are a non-Prosser girl who wants to play on a tournament team. For those of you trying out today, please remember to register for ERVA and bring your ERVA player ID and the completed medical release form (if you haven't already emailed those in). See you this afternoon!

Before tryouts this Sunday (1:30-3:30 pm at Housel Middle School), please purchase an Evergreen Regional Volleyball Association) ERVA tryout membership for your daughter: www.evergreenregion.org (click on Memberships in upper right-hand corner) AND complete the medical release form (complete the Google survey in prior posts, and then the medical release form will be emailed to you).

ANNOUNCEMENT:

If your daughter is interested in playing Club volleyball, please answer the following survey to get added to our interest list:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1IPD2HaxF5zS5VjdtJECy1TNLXzI3aiJ4e6zbxN9Dl8Y/viewform?pli=1&pli=1&edit_requested=true

This interest survey will help us determine the age divisions of our teams. At this time, we anticipate 2 teams, with one team being a U16 team. But the interest and ages of the girls will impact the teams. So please answer the survey and SHARE with other Prosser girl volleyball players.

Tryouts will be held on Nov. 12, 2023, at Housel Middle School from 1:30-3:30 pm. Requirements to tryout:

1) Complete the above interest survey.
2) Purchase an EvergreenRegion.com membership, either Tryout Membership or Full Season Membership (choose this option only if you KNOW your player is going to play for Prosser Club Volleyball, option available after 11/1).
3) Complete the medical release form (will be emailed to all who fill out the interest survey).

Practices will be held twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30. Teams will likely play in 5-6 tournaments, from January-March (games likely Sunday).

More information will be shared as we learn more about the interest level and tournament dates become available.
