I just want to clarify some information that’s being posted on Facebook regarding pink jerseys this year for the youth league.

FYFL hasn’t purchased any pink jerseys in the past since I (Kermit Adkins-President) have been part of the board. Last year we had some teams do their own fundraiser and parents paid for the pink jersey out of their own pockets. This also includes our cheerleaders bows have been provided by various parents in the past seasons. We are always thankful for those who give to our youth athletes in our community.

For this season again if parents wish to choose to purchase the pink uniform on their own accord that is perfectly acceptable.

However, after seeing the information online I felt that I should help to clarify what has been going on.

Thanks
Kermit
FYFL President
