Due to changes in Facebook we are creating a new group to replace this page for information on the Pow Wow. We hope this change will improve our ability to provide you information regarding the Rock Show and related Field Trips and other activities.

The field trip schedule for 2023 is as follows: Friday, June 16th we will be going to Bear Creek. This is a free dig on BLM land for petrified wood. On Saturday, June 17th we are going to Alex McDonald's ranch for petrified wood, agate and Thundereggs. This will be a fee dig. Alex will let us know the price per pound when we get there. On Sunday, June 18th we have two trips planned. One trip will be to Friend's ranch for Thundereggs. This will be a fee dig. The other trip will be for limb casts on Public land. This is a free dig. All field trips will leave the Fairgrounds at 7:30 am. You must be a member of the POW WOW to go on the trips. Annual family memberships are $10 and can be purchased at the show and in the morning just before we leave.
