Can I save you from consuming more information?!

In a nutshell, knowing isn't the same as doing and it's a place where a lot of us get stuck.

For example, we all know that exercise is good for us, and we know boundaries are healthy, and we know rest matters, but knowing has never been the hard part right?

Transformation doesn't happen when you hear something for the 10th time. It happens when you practice it over and over again, and when you have a space to process the emotions and challenges that go along with the action, that is a recipe for progress.

I want you to ask yourself about one thing. You already know that you're not actually living or doing. This is your starting point and this is where the growth is hiding.

If it feels hard, scary or impossible to get started, I get it. And there's nothing wrong with you because you feel this way.
