** URGENT** All-Region Auditions at PHS

Volunteer Opportunities!!

Princeton Choir is hosting the Texas All-Region Choir Auditions on 10/4/2025! That is this week! We will have choirs from all over our region visiting our school and need your hospitality. This is our biggest volunteer need this year and a great fundraising opportunity for the choir boosters.

We have volunteer opportunities from providing food in the judges' lounge, monitoring and concessions!

** add an extra bag of chips, queso, breakfast item, dessert or other item to your grocery list this week to contribute and sign up on the list to let us know what you're bringing. We have openings to fill!

WE CAN PICK UP DONATIONS or you can DROP OFF on Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. Please contact the boosters to coordinate pickup via email at [email protected].

** concession stand helpers are needed and kids are welcome with a parent or guardian! We need all the help we can get!

We are hosting the TMEA All-Region Auditions at PHS on October 4th starting at 8:00 am and will go till they are finished.

🔹 Small concession stands will be offered for the 440 students coming from the schools in our region. Volunteers are needed to run these.

We need your help! - All-Region Auditions - OCT 4th

We are excited to announce that Princeton Choir is hosting the 2025 TMEA All-Regions Auditions for the Texas All-State Choir for the second year on October 4th. This is an honor for our school and choir, and we are excited to host.

We need your support to make this an excellent event by helping our directors in all possible ways and showing our Panther Pride. We will need help running concession areas and monitoring the students before and after their audition. Look below for the sign-up genius to find time slots available.

We also will be setting up a judge's lounge where judges can take a break and get a snack. We want them to feel at home and relaxed while judging the students during the day. Please look for the sign-up genius to find something you can donate to make this happen.

There will be 45 judges and 440 students at this event.

WE CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT YOUR HELP!
