Our pageants have age groups for young ladies and little gents associated with a union family. The Labor Day Celebration is the largest celebration in Indiana! Miss Labor Day has been a beauty pageant for young ladies associated with Union family members. In 1884 Labor Day was made a Major Holiday. This celebration started in Indiana in 1886 celebrating and honoring the men and women in the unions

and teamsters that are the backbone of our "working men and women" that keep our Country going. In 1931, the celebration grew National Attention by Fox Movie Town and they sent a crew into Princeton, Indiana to film the celebration. 👑 2026 LABOR DAY PAGEANTS — SIGN-UPS ARE OPEN! 👑
Calling all our Union families! Get your little ones (and not-so-little ones) ready — the Labor Day Association is bringing back our Labor Day Pageants, and we want YOU to be a part of it! 🇺🇸
✨ Who can enter: Girls ages 5–21 and boys ages 5–8 with a family member in a Union
✨ Divisions: Little Miss (5–6, 7–8) • Little Mister (5–8) • Jr Miss (9–12) • Miss Teen (13–16) • Queen (17–21)
📅 When: Friday, September 4 (Miss Teen & Queen, 7:00 PM) and Saturday, September 5 (all other divisions, 1:00 PM)
📍 Where: Gibson County Fairgrounds, 709 N Embree St, Princeton, IN
⏰ Sign-up deadline: Monday, August 10, 2026
This is such a special tradition for our Union families, and we can’t wait to see this year’s contestants take the stage!
