Due to the weather forecast and the location we were scheduled to setup, we have decided to cancel the community event scheduled for tomorrow, May 23. Another event will be planned in the coming weeks and we'll let you know as soon as we have it scheduled. We look forward to seeing everyone then! We apologize for the inconvenience and hope everyone stays safe and weather aware!

Congratulations to Roger Slone for taking and passing his Amateur Extra exam at our meeting this month! It was just a month ago that Roger passed his General. A lot of time and effort no doubt went into this accomplishment and we're proud of him! Great work!

April 18th is World Amateur Radio Day! ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“ก

From jungle shacks to arctic QTHs โ€” hams around the globe share one thing: the magic of radio. This yearโ€™s theme, โ€œAdvancing the Spirit of Amateur Radio Through Innovation,โ€ is US. Every digital mode mastered, every DX chased, every new ham Elmered into the hobby โ€” thatโ€™s innovation in action.

101 years ago the IARU was born in Paris. Today, signals are still flying, pile-ups are still raging, and the adventure never stops. ๐Ÿš€
