✨ Prescott PTO: A Year in Review ✨

What a year it has been!

When the Prescott PTO was founded, our goal was simple: support our students, staff, and school community. Thanks to the incredible generosity, dedication, and hard work of our families, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and community members, we accomplished more than we ever imagined.

📚 We helped provide enrichment opportunities for students.

🎓 We awarded scholarships to graduating seniors.

🏕️ We supported student experiences like Camp Wooten, and the Middleton Farms field trip.

🎉 We hosted community events including our Fall Festival, Glow Dance, Rummage Sale, Gala, Bingo & BBQ, and many more opportunities that brought our community together.

🤝 We strengthened partnerships between parents, staff, and community members while showing unwavering support for Prescott School during a challenging year.

Most importantly, together we helped ensure our students continued to have opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive.

💙💛 Because of your support, the Prescott PTO raised approximately $81,000 during the 2025-2026 school year! 💙💛

This incredible achievement belongs to every person who donated, volunteered, attended an event, purchased a ticket, bid in an auction, shared a post, sponsored a fundraiser, or simply believed in our mission.

As we reflect on our first full year, we are filled with gratitude and pride. The success of the Prescott PTO is proof that when a community comes together, amazing things can happen.

Thank you for standing beside our students, our staff, and our school. We cannot wait to see what we accomplish together next year!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of providing ice cream floats for every student in our school as a celebration of all that we have accomplished together this year!

A celebration was definitely in order. Through hard work, dedication, and an incredible amount of community support, we can proudly say that we will be back next year—not only as a school, but as a PTO as well. 💙💛

The Prescott PTO would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, attended events, purchased tickets, bid in auctions, shared our posts, and supported our mission in any way. Every contribution, no matter the size, helped make a difference.

This accomplishment belongs to all of us. Because of your generosity and commitment to our students, we are able to continue creating opportunities, supporting enrichment programs, and strengthening our school community.

Thank you for believing in our students, our school, and our future. Here's to another amazing year ahead!

🎉 Holy cow! BINGO was a success!

What a fantastic evening filled with laughter, friendly competition, great food, and some pretty amazing prizes! Thank you to everyone who came out and made the event such a fun and memorable night.

A special shout-out goes to our incredible BINGO Task Force for all of their hard work and dedication. Thank you to our fearless leader, Teresa Flores, for organizing and leading the effort, Susan Deruwe for her continued commitment to both our organization and school district, and Nathan Craghill for cooking up a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy.

Our task force members truly knocked it out of the park, and we hope this is an event that we can continue to bring back!

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the community members who donated to our yearbook fund. Your generosity helps make special memories possible for our students, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.

What an exciting week for our 6th grade students! 🌲🏕️

Our 6th graders had the wonderful opportunity to join students from Touchet, Dayton, and Waitsburg for the annual Camp Wooten trip. This memorable experience gave them the chance to make new friends, explore nature, build confidence, and discover just how much fun can be had without electronics!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, volunteered, donated, and helped raise funds to make this incredible week possible. Given the financial challenges our school faced at the beginning of the year, it was unclear whether this opportunity would be available to our students. Thanks to your generosity and support, they were able to participate in an unforgettable experience that will leave a lasting impact for years to come.

Although many of our campers returned home tired from a week full of adventure and activity, they also came back with countless stories to share, new friendships formed, valuable lessons learned, and memories that will last a lifetime. The experiences and connections they made throughout the week are truly priceless, and none of it would have been possible without the support of our amazing community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Camp Wooten such a success for our students! 💙💛
