Trauma can shape how children feel, react, and see the world.

At Let Love Thrive, we introduce practical tools through our mental health workshops to help children understand their emotions, practice self-regulation, and develop healthy ways to cope.

When children learn these tools, they begin to recognize what they’re feeling, understand their reactions, and know what they can do when emotions become overwhelming.
We can’t change what they’ve been through, but we can help them build the skills to feel safer, regain a sense of control, and face life’s challenges with confidence.

Let Love Thrive is grateful to officially strengthen our partnership with Kanlungan sa Er-Ma Ministry, Inc., which supports its Boys’ and Girls’ Homes and the communities it serves, through the signing of our Memorandum of Understanding on September 25, 2026, at Kanlungan Boys’ Home in Alfonso, Laguna. 🤍

For us, this MOU is more than a formal agreement. It is a commitment to show up, build trust, and work together to create meaningful opportunities that support the growth, well-being, and hopes of the children and young people we serve.

Thank you, Kanlungan sa Er-Ma Ministry, Inc., for welcoming Let Love Thrive and for allowing us to be part of your journey. We look forward to learning from one another, growing together, and creating spaces where every child can feel supported, valued, and empowered.

Violence Prevention & Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) Laws.

We met with the Executive Director and team of Kanlungan sa Er-Ma in Malate to discuss bringing these workshops directly to the community they serve.

The goal is simple: give the community practical knowledge to recognize violence, understand their rights, and know where to turn for help.

Partnerships like this allow us to reach communities through organizations that already know them, serve them, and have earned their trust. When we bring our resources together, we can do so much more. 🤍

For us, it’s never just about signing an MOU. It’s about showing up, building trust, and bringing together what we each can give to create more opportunities for the children.

Imagine the impact if more of us worked together. Let Love Thrive was proud to be part of Pride Summit 2026 with PFIP - Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride, held at SPACE at One Ayala, Makati City, on September 10–11, where our Lead Social Worker, Kiara De Guzman, spoke about the power of collaboration in moving our advocacies forward.

We’ve seen firsthand how much more is possible when organizations share their strengths, resources, and reach.

We can do a lot on our own.

In times of displacement and uncertainty, even a simple act of care can remind a community that they are not alone. 💙

On September 6, 2026, Let Love Thrive, in partnership with San Pedro City Triskelion Council, provided 100 meals and food essentials to the children of Barangay 739, Malate, where families affected by recent fires are facing the difficult reality of rebuilding their lives.

Many displaced families are currently staying in tents along the streets, without a permanent place to call home. As they begin the long process of rebuilding, they continue to navigate uncertainty while hoping for a safer and more stable place to begin again.
Through this outreach, we hope the meals and food essentials provided more than nourishment—they offered a small reminder that their community sees them, cares for them, and has not forgotten them.

At Let Love Thrive, we believe that compassion becomes meaningful when we show up for one another, especially during life's most difficult moments. May every helping hand bring comfort, every shared meal bring connection, and every act of kindness help create a little more hope. 🌱

When communities are facing difficult times, showing up can make a meaningful difference. 💙

On September 6, 2026, Let Love Thrive, with the support of San Pedro City Triskelion Council, provided meals to 200 children in Brgy. Cuyab, Laguna, who were affected by the flooding brought by the typhoon and habagat rains . One of our board members, who traveled from the United States, also joined the outreach and helped serve families in the community.

For many families, the impact of the flooding extends beyond the rising waters. Families who were evacuated are currently staying in tents inside the gymnasium, while others remain in flooded areas because they have nowhere else to go.

As they wait for the waters to subside, they face the difficult task of returning home, rebuilding, and starting again. For some families, this is not a one-time hardship—it is a cycle they have experienced time and time again.

This outreach was a small way of reminding the community that they are not alone. Every meal shared, every helping hand, and every moment of presence can bring comfort and hope during challenging times.

At Let Love Thrive, we believe that meaningful change begins when we choose to show up, care, and stand alongside communities when they need support the most. Together, we can help create moments of hope, one community at a time. 🌱

No community thrives alone 🤝

Real change doesn't happen alone. It takes people who are willing to show up, listen, support, and work alongside the community.

Through the Batang Riles Outreach Program, Let Love Thrive partnered with JCI Damas de San Pedro and Tau Gamma San Pedro to reach communities along the railroad tracks in Laguna.

Together, we fed 260 children, reached 100 families and 70 mothers, providing groceries and rice packs with the support of generous donor families and dedicated community partners.

But this outreach was about more than what was distributed. It was about what partnership makes possible: bringing people, organizations, and resources together to respond to the needs of a community.

Because meaningful change grows stronger when we work with communities—not simply for them.
When we build partnerships rooted in care, collaboration, and shared purpose, we help create communities where people can support one another and thrive. 🌱💗
