The Virginia Range/Washoe Lake Wild Horses need your support!

The Bureau of Land Management and the Nevada Department of Agriculture have decided to fence the wild horses out of the lake, from their known water sources and homes. Any and all wild horses stuck on the wrong side of the fence will be removed. Once they are removed they do NOT have any protection and could possibly end up in auctions and the slaughter pipeline. The decision to fence off the wild horses was done by the BLM and NDA without any Public Comment.

Rescued doggies Chloe and Frida are on their way to granite basin Lake for a long hike. You can see how happy they are, they know they’re gonna have a great time in nature. Chloe was rescued from a high kill shelter days before euthanasia, Frida was given up by her family after six years. They both live their best lives at the Saint Martin’s Veggie Ranch.
