Thank you to our Partnership with Blythe Family Fitness- our host location for Greenbacks After Prom!
PS- we are officially less than 8 months from PROM 2027 (April 10)! If you'd be interested in joining the After Prom Committee, please send us a message! We need fundraising help throughout the year, planning help, and then help on the night of the event. Thank you!

This is our “9 square” set up for After Prom and it needs some LOVE. ❤️
First we want to make it 9 square.
Second the PVC pipes and connectors have been set up and torn down a lot and some need replacement. We also need new tennis balls for the bottoms.
We’d love to paint the poles for quicker set up.
Is there someone willing to do some work on this project between now and Dec? We will fund the price of supplies if you will donate your labor/skill!
Reach out to us! This is always one of the most popular activities at after prom.
*Another option is to purchase an official 9 square set which is smaller/lighter/easier to store/transport but expensive. We are so grateful to whoever made this set which has lasted many years!

After prom reminders!!
•Kids must be checked in by 11:30. Doors open at 11, so you can get in the food line and ahead of the crowd!
•Kids must have SIGNED permission slip (if under 18)
•If kids want to leave before 6am they will need verbal consent from parent- YES this means we call you at 230 am. You can text a member of the after prom committee now to give written consent- DM if you need a phone number.
•No cups, blankets- change before you come if possible. Your T-shirts will be at the event.
We have LOTS of food and drinks- no need to bring your own!
Going to be a GREAT night! The committee and helpers have been setting up all day! We couldn’t do this with all the help and SPONSORS! Thank you!

Prom (and after prom day)! We are ready! If you feel motivated we could use a few extra bodies to help set up this morning from 930-1130 at the Blythe- more hands will get us out of there faster! Thanks!

Just sent out texts to all of our volunteers for next weekend. We could not do this without many hands so thank you- both those who are volunteering into those who gave financially over the year. We have over 130 kids signed up and we are very excited to spend the evening with them!
Here are a few more last-minute volunteer opportunities!
•We could use a FEW more people (with trucks?) to move some items Saturday morning around 830am (for max of 2 hours) and help set them up at the Blythe.
•1030-12- check in and dinner helpers
•5-7am breakfast helper/clean up
•if you want to help out over night  and did not receive a text today message us. We may have accidentally missed you and I’m sure we can find a place for you!

Volleyball kicks things off
Basketball follows
Corn hole runs all night until end of the night, with flexible play to keep other tournaments moving.

Remember-this is all about FUN, so bring your best Greenback Sportsmanship!

📋 Important Rules
Team Captains need to fill out the form-completely-One form per team!
You can only be on ONE team per sport. You CAN play in ALL 3 tournaments.
There will be supervision at each tournament and participants are expected to follow the rules. Play fair and honestly!

Huge thank you to the Pratt Walmart further support of Greenbacks Afterprom. This grant will be used to not only purchase some great prizes that the kids are excited about, but also a large portion of our food and drinks needed for our overnight event. Thank you so much Tyler and team for always being such a great support for our community.
