Westerville kids started school last week. Olentangy today. Columbus next week. And I’ve been thinking about our foundation families as school are returning.

Some of our families with a child in treatment may not be sending their child back to school for many reasons and that can be upsetting as they grieve normal life.

Some families with a child in remission or who is a survivor may be worrying about the devastating long term effects of treatment that have impacted their child’s learning.

Other families whose child was stolen from cancer will be sending one less child to school and may be facing a day of happiness for their children on earth & sadness for the one who is no longer here.

Please keep our foundation families in your thoughts and prayers during this back-to-school season.

To all the families we serve, no matter when your area begins school, we will be thinking of you today and all school year.

At least six local children were diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, a bone and soft tissue cancer that affects only about 200 to 240 children nationwide each year.

Today we celebrated Kinsley. Last year at this time she was dressed up as a beautiful princess and now I’m sure she IS a princess in Heaven.
Fly high sweet girl.

Thank you friends for supporting FFPF. Because of you we were able to purchase butterflies for a special release. 🦋🎗️

This was an amazing day for Jackson. I’m sure he’s doing lots of fishing up there! 🎣

Thank you Faith’s friends (supporters and donors) for helping us send Jackson and his parents to Lake Erie for a little get-away this weekend. He visited the African Safari Wildlife Park Saturday and did some fishing today! With the help of Captain Roger and his crew at Fish Butcher Charters Jackson was reeling in fish and had a great day! 🐠🐟🎣
