Neighborhood Vitality Corp, in partnership with Alary Health Spa, is excited to introduce Moms Connect — a space for moms to build connections, share experiences, find encouragement, and support one another through the joys and challenges of motherhood. 🤱🏾✨

Because every mom deserves a village.

Two ribbons. Two important causes. One shared commitment to awareness, compassion, and support.

October is both Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

The pink ribbon represents the importance of breast health, early detection, and supporting those impacted by breast cancer.

The purple ribbon represents survivors of domestic violence and the importance of raising awareness, breaking the silence, and creating safe spaces for those affected.

Behind every ribbon is a real person, a story, and a community that can make a difference.

At Neighborhood Vitality Corp., we believe awareness is about educating ourselves, showing compassion, supporting one another, and connecting people with resources that can help.

🩷💜 **Let's keep the conversations going, stand beside those affected, and remember that no one should have to face these challenges alone.**

How much do you know about breast cancer? Swipe through these five important reminders.

Breast cancer risk can be influenced by several factors. Some cannot be changed, while others may be connected to lifestyle and health behaviors.

Having a risk factor does **not** mean you will develop breast cancer. Some people may also develop breast cancer without any known risk factors.

Knowing the facts can help you have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

At Neighborhood Vitality Corp., we believe health education should be accessible, understandable, and actionable.

This month, we'll be talking about:

🩷 Understanding breast cancer screening
🩷 Knowing the signs and symptoms
🩷 Understanding your family health history
🩷 Taking action when something doesn't feel right
🩷 Making your health a year-round priority

Follow NVC throughout October for facts, wellness tips, community conversations, and resources.
