ATTENTION PARENTS:
We are in need of senior volunteers to work on Saturday, April 11th at the Strawberry Festival Association event with Parks and Wildlife.

Available Shifts:
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (FILLED)
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (FILLED)
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 spots open)

This, along with two other upcoming events, will be the final opportunity for seniors to earn points for the Lock-In.

The Strawberry Festival Association will be making a donation if we are able to fill these volunteer spots.
Volunteers will receive a wristband.

Please respond by 12:00 PM if your senior is available.

🕔 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🕖 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This is a great opportunity to rack up some points while raising money for our seniors.

What is Project Grad?
Project Grad is a safe, alcohol- and drug-free celebration for our graduating seniors on graduation night. It gives our students a fun place to go after commencement so they can celebrate together while staying safe. The goal is to prevent unsafe situations and provide a memorable, stress-free night for our seniors and peace of mind for parents.
How does the lock-in work?
After graduation, seniors check in at the Project Grad location and stay for the entire event. Once they are checked in, they are “locked in” — meaning they are not allowed to leave until the event ends. This helps ensure everyone remains safe and accounted for throughout the night.
During the lock-in, seniors enjoy food, games, prizes, and activities planned just for them. Everything is supervised by approved adults and volunteers, and security is in place the entire time.
Project Grad is only possible through fundraising, donations, and volunteer support, and every bit of help goes directly toward making this a safe and unforgettable night for our seniors.

Project Grad will be set up at the basketball tournament selling baked goods to help raise money for our seniors! 🍪🧁

UPDATE:
We currently have a concession stand at the Poteet Alumni Game today selling food and drinks, along with a 50/50 raffle.

The 50/50 raffle will run for two weeks, and the winner will be announced LIVE on Facebook at the Father–Daughter Dance on February 12th 💃🕺

So come on out and help support our seniors as they work toward Project Grad. Every bit helps—thank you for your continued support! ❤️

Come on out to the Jr High Basketball Game here at the Poteet High School and support your 2026 Project Grad!! We are raising money for our Seniors. We have a Bake sale and we are also selling the Tickets for the Father and Daughter Dance on February 12th from 6pm-9pm.

For Father and Daughter Dance you can buy your tickets thru cashapp $POTEETPROJECTGRAD26 please include full name in the note section. Once you arrive to the Dance you can pick up your tickets at check-in.

We will also have a raffle for a couple of Valentines baskets at check-in.
