Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible moms in our Two Moms Hearts family. 💙

Today, we celebrate you. The mothers who advocate endlessly, love fiercely, fight silently, show up every single day, and pour every ounce of themselves into their children. The moms who stay strong during the hard days, celebrate the smallest victories like they’re the biggest milestones, and continue to give unconditional love through it all.

We see you. We see the sleepless nights, the appointments, the meltdowns, the worries, the exhaustion, and the strength it takes to keep going even when nobody else fully understands. And we also see the joy, the patience, the compassion, and the beautiful bond you share with your children.

Please know this: you are doing an amazing job.

Your children are loved, important, and worthy, and so are you. We are so thankful to be part of a community filled with such strong, caring, and inspiring mothers. Watching you love your children so deeply is something truly special.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and allowing us to support you in return. We are endlessly proud of each and every one of you.

Hey Two Moms’ families 🤍🌸

We miss you all and want to get back to making memories together! Life has kept us busy with our kiddos lately, but we’re ready to plan something fun again and we want YOUR input!

How would you feel about a laid-back summer party just for our special needs families? ☀️ We’re thinking a safe, fenced-in park near West Portsmouth, filled with all the good stuff. Games, snacks, popsicles and plenty of sensory-friendly fun (because you know we don’t do anything halfway 🤍).

We’re looking at possibly the end of next month when school’s out and everyone can relax a bit.

FAMILIES! 🤍✨

Hills Chapel in Otway in starting Sunday Services for special needs families! They’re going to have interactive bible lessons, trained volunteers, adaptive crafts, and more!! How amazing is that? 🤍 We hope this is something that will be an amazing support system for some of our families! 🤍🤍

In a total of 2 hours we delivered all of our delivery gifts today from one end of the county to the other!! 🤍 Another successful year of Secret Santa for Two Moms Hearts!!! 🤍

We had over 20 families come to our event last night!!

We had an AMAZING turn out tonight @ The Vault Gaming Center for our Pictures & Dinner with Santa! We have single digit amount of families to deliver to tomorrow and that’s incredible!! We are so thankful to The Vault for all their support and help we cannot wait to collaborate with them again! We hope everyone had a great evening, and we will be posting the pictures with Santa as soon as they’re ready!!
