🎃👻 OKAY, FAMILIES… IT’S MOBILE TRICK-OR-TREAT WEEK!!

This week, I’ll be busy putting together 25+ Halloween bags for special needs individuals and their siblings throughout our community! I’ll also be organizing my list of addresses because THIS SATURDAY, I’ll be making my way around Scioto County to see all your smiling faces! 🧡

A few friendly reminders as we get closer to Saturday:

👻 I cannot give you an exact arrival time. However, I will let you know what number you are on my list, and I’ll send you a message when I’m on my way to your address!

🎃 There’s only ONE of us from Two Moms’ making deliveries this year, so please be patient with me as I make my way around the county! I promise I’m doing my best to get to everyone. 🤍

🍬 This year’s candy haul is brought to you by… ME! 🤣🤍 We didn’t receive any donations this year, and that’s completely okay! I was still able to put together a variety of goodies, and I did my best to include different kinds of candy so there’s something for everyone to enjoy! So, bear with me if the bags look a little different this year. 🥰

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for continuing to show Two Moms’ Hearts so much love and support during every holiday and throughout the year. Getting to do things like this for our special needs community and their families is what it’s all about! ❤️

We can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday! Get those costumes ready, because Mobile Trick-or-Treat is almost here!! 🎃👻🧡

Thursday will be the last day we will be accepting families for our 3rd annual Mobile trick-or-treat! I need time to plan my route & pack treat bags so the sign up deadline will be this coming Thursday night!

‼️ Reminder: Only one of the moms of Two Moms’ is able to deliver this year so we are accepting a lower amount of families. But we still have room! Just message our page and we will send you the list of questions to answer!

Delivery will be October 24! 🎃

We will not be meeting or delivery any other date.

It’s that time of year again, families!! 👻

First, we want to say we’re sorry we haven’t been as active this year. We’ve both had SO much going on with new and exciting things in our personal lives, and honestly, this year has just gotten away from us a little bit, you know how time flies!

But we didn’t want that to mean stopping completely!!

So instead, we’re changing things up a little this year!

🎃 We will be accepting ONLY 15 FAMILIES for our 3rd Annual Mobile Trick-or-Treat!

This year, only one of the Two Moms will be delivering, so we’ve decided to limit the number of families we can accept. We want to be able to continue doing this for our special needs families who truly need it without overwhelming ourselves or taking on more than we can realistically handle.

We would much rather serve 15 families and be able to give them our time, energy, and love than try to take on too much and burn ourselves out! We hope you understand! 🫶🏻

This event is specifically for Scioto County children who are unable to participate in traditional trick-or-treating due to a disability, if your child is able to attend a local sensory-friendly or a traditional local trick-or-treat event, we’d love for you to take advantage of those opportunities instead so we can save these spots for kiddos who don’t have that option. 🤍

Sophia of Two Moms’ Hearts will be set up this weekend at the Walk for Autism with her new business “Soph’s Thrift & Stitch”! Come support your local autism community, see some amazing vendors, my favorite part is always the auction and you may even see Soph & I! 🩷

We absolutely love Autism Project of Southern Ohio and everything that they do! 🩵

Happy Father’s Day to all of the incredible dads in our Two Moms Hearts family. 💙

Today, we celebrate you.

The fathers who love fiercely, support endlessly, work tirelessly, and show up for their children in the ways that matter most. The dads who are learning as they go, adapting to challenges, cheering on victories, and loving their children exactly as they are.

We know every family’s journey looks different.

Some dads are able to attend every therapy session, doctor’s appointment, school meeting, and event. Others may not be able to because they’re working long hours, providing for their families, or supporting their children in different ways behind the scenes. No matter what that looks like for you, your role is important, your efforts matter, and your love does not go unnoticed.

We see the sacrifices you make.

The early mornings, the late nights, the extra shifts, the worries you carry, and the countless ways you help your family navigate both the challenges and the victories. We see the patience, the encouragement, the protection, the laughter, and the comfort you provide when your child needs it most.

We see the dads who celebrate milestones that others may overlook. The dads who learn new ways to communicate, advocate when necessary, and stand proudly beside their children through every stage of life.

Most importantly, we see your love.

The kind of love that doesn’t need recognition to keep showing up. The kind of love that stays steady through hard days, uncertain moments, and every triumph along the way.

Please know this: you are making a difference.

Your children are loved, valued, and stronger because of the support, dedication, and care you give them each and every day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible moms in our Two Moms Hearts family. 💙

Today, we celebrate you. The mothers who advocate endlessly, love fiercely, fight silently, show up every single day, and pour every ounce of themselves into their children. The moms who stay strong during the hard days, celebrate the smallest victories like they’re the biggest milestones, and continue to give unconditional love through it all.

We see you. We see the sleepless nights, the appointments, the meltdowns, the worries, the exhaustion, and the strength it takes to keep going even when nobody else fully understands. And we also see the joy, the patience, the compassion, and the beautiful bond you share with your children.

Please know this: you are doing an amazing job.

Your children are loved, important, and worthy, and so are you. We are so thankful to be part of a community filled with such strong, caring, and inspiring mothers. Watching you love your children so deeply is something truly special.

Hey Two Moms’ families 🤍🌸

We miss you all and want to get back to making memories together! Life has kept us busy with our kiddos lately, but we’re ready to plan something fun again and we want YOUR input!

How would you feel about a laid-back summer party just for our special needs families? ☀️ We’re thinking a safe, fenced-in park near West Portsmouth, filled with all the good stuff. Games, snacks, popsicles and plenty of sensory-friendly fun (because you know we don’t do anything halfway 🤍).

We’re looking at possibly the end of next month when school’s out and everyone can relax a bit.
