Yesterday we had such a good time with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center's Lunch and Learn program for those 55 and over. NWD staff Sophia and Sean presented on opioid use, overdose response, medication safety and how to protect your mental and physical wellness.

Participants were asked to spin our Wellness Wheel and describe 1 activity they're already doing or would want to start doing for one aspect of their wellness.
