A reminder that the next cohort for the Government Opportunities Program (GO! Program) begins on Wednesday, June 3rd, now with both in-person and virtual options for attending the sessions!

The program is a technical assistance program specializing in supporting small businesses new to government contracting, providing a structured training and advising program designed to help them understand how to work with local, state, and federal government agencies and prepare to pursue public-sector contracting opportunities.

Delivered by Business Development Institute, Inc in partnership with PACCO, the GO! Program walks participants through the government contracting process step by step, combining cohort-based training with practical, applied guidance to help businesses build readiness and confidence.

PACCO’s Small Business Technical Assistance and Resource Navigation program is in full swing! We have already helped support several small businesses throughout Oregon with resource navigation and website support to help them achieve their business goals.

Adam Caba of And Services LLC had this to say about PACCO’s work:

“This was a 5-star experience! Emily and Nichol were top-notch in developing my website. They took all my crazy ideas, helped me organize them, and put them together. They made themselves available to me and basically helped me establish a business that is now generating positive income. The website went live in mid-February 2026. For the month of March 2026: Revenue was $7200.00, Site sessions up 300%, Top traffic source (Direct) up 281%, and Unique visitors up 239%. These are impressive stats for a startup business, and the credit goes to Emily and Nichol. They are amazing and patient people that deserve some real kudos. Thank you!”
