Our *SUMMER GARDEN YOGA* Series within the enchanting Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden kicks off THIS SUNDAY (August 2 @ 4:30PM) with ACCESSIBILITY YOGA!
This all-levels, all-bodies *RESTORATIVE* yoga class is intentionally designed to be accessible for everyone. Participants may choose to practice on either a *MAT* or in a *CHAIR*, with supportive modeling, options, and modifications offered throughout the session. Through gentle postures, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, you'll create space to release tension, and calm your nervous system, while soaking in the healing atmosphere of one of Portland's most beloved gardens.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practiced for many moons, you're warmly welcome! Come breathe deeply, move with intention, and experience the restorative power of yoga immersed in nature.
This class takes place in THE WOODLAND — a secluded grove nestled among towering trees, tranquil water, and lush greenery.
