Another successful fundraising sale this year! Thank you to each and everyone of you who attended and/or donated and volunteered. Without you, there wouldn’t be a sale. We have as much fun preparing and organizing this special sale as you have attending it year after year. We have already started preparing for 2027!

Another fantastic day at our “Not Just Fabric Sale”. One day left to come in and check out our inventory. We still have a lot of inventory to choose from. We would love to make this sale the biggest fundraiser we’ve had to date. We are open tomorrow on Saturday from 8-12 only. Mark downs will be taking place as the morning progresses. We don’t want to be packing up anything. We want it to be finding a new home to be made into something you created. Help us raise money for the Salvation Army senior center, kids camp scholarships, youth programs, outreach program teaching various crafts, and the family support unit during the holiday season along with other nonprofit organizations. Thank you for supporting the Salvation Army!

What a successful First Cut night we had! Thank you to everyone who showed up to make it an amazing 2 hours. Two more days to enjoy this fabulous fundraising event and to fulfill your crafting desires. We have received a question about our machines. The condition of the machines this year runs the gamut from 'an interesting looking antique that doesn't run' to 'new in box', and everything in between. The sewing machines and servers are all tested, with comments on each. There are also several knitting machines with attachments. Those are not tested, but we may know something about each of them. Just ask the person in an apron for help!

You’ve been waiting for pictures and here they are. We are ready! Everything is in its place and just waiting to go home with you. Sale starts tomorrow night from 5-7. For a $20 fee you get first choice of all the inventory. Friday is 9-4 and Saturday is 8-12. Friday and Saturday are free to enter. We prefer cash and checks but do accept credit cards. Handicap parking will be on the side of the bldg on your left when entering from the main gate. It will be posted.
We will have a short survey at the cashier station that we would love you to fill out before you leave. This is our first year at the fairgrounds so your feedback is greatly appreciated to help us make this annual fundraiser even better next year. Hope you have as much fun attending our sale as we had organizing it and setting it up.

Today was a busy day of cleaning the exhibition hall at the fairgrounds and then loading up 2 large trucks of donations. We still have to load another truck tomorrow and then everything has to be unloaded and staged in the hall. We will need the two days for that! So much more space and yet we have so much more inventory. Stay tuned for pictures of our new setup.
We do accept credit cards but prefer cash and checks. Hope to see everyone there.

After getting quite a few questions about “First Cut “ night I thought I would verify on FB. YES, it’s true! New this year we’re having a First Cut opportunity on May 7 from 5-7pm. There is a $20 entrance fee collected at the door to get first choice before the regular sale begins on May 8 at 9am. Should be a fun and exciting night! Hope to see you there!
Remember, tomorrow April 29 is the last day we accept donations from 9-12.

Just wanted to remind everyone that tomorrow April 27 and Wednesday April 29 are the last 2 days to drop off donations for our Not Just Fabric Sale. That gives us a week to finish up processing donations and pack up for the move to the Cumberland Fairgrounds. Please pass this info on to your friends and family who may be thinking of donating. Thank you for making this years sale the biggest ever!

Our sorting room was packed today with volunteers and donations! Rolls of drapery fabric came in, wool, and a lot of craft items. We are blessed to have so many of you donating to our organization to help with kids camp scholarships and other programs in our community that help seniors and others in need.
