Many of our events focus on learning from experts, however WTT Connected is where the Think Tank truly comes to life.

These interactive gatherings bring together people who are passionate about creating cultures of wellbeing at work. Together, we discuss challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from one another’s experiences.

This is not a passive webinar, its meaningful conversation, peer learning, and authentic connection.

The insights shared during these conversations do not stay in the meeting. They help shape future Wellbeing Think Tank resources, allowing members to contribute to work that supports workplaces far beyond their own organizations.

Many members tell us WTT Connected is their favorite part of being involved with our community.

Professional and Practitioner Members can attend every WTT Connected meeting. Community Members are invited to join one meeting to experience our community of practice before upgrading.

Creativity is an important part of overall wellbeing and can play a critical role in the workplace.

In a 2023 survey by NAMI, a majority of respondents said creative activities improved their confidence and reduced stress or anxiety, and many reported a strengthened sense of purpose and belonging.

💡Imagine what that means for your team when you incorporate art and play into the everyday.

Discover real examples and practical strategies at WTT Connected on June 18. Reserve your seat today and join our member community to continue the conversation.

What do workplaces lose when they lose play?

In our latest blog, expert WTT contributor Christina Pate, PhD explores how play can support creativity, adaptability, psychological safety, and the kind of low-pressure curiosity teams need to think differently.

As AI continues to reshape work, the most human capacities, including imagination, discernment, connection, and navigating the unknown, matter more than ever.

Play may be one of the conditions that helps make both wellbeing and performance possible.

This is where Think Tank comes to life.

At Wellbeing Think Tank, we spend each quarter exploring evidence-based ideas through webinars, resources, podcasts, and conversations. WTT Connected is where we bring those ideas together and ask: What does this look like in practice?

Our upcoming WTT Connected conversation, Applying Art and Play to Support Flourishing at Work, will bring members together to discuss this quarter's theme, share real-world examples, challenge assumptions, and learn from one another's experiences.

Together, we'll explore how creativity, play, and experimentation can support wellbeing, connection, engagement, and innovation in the workplace. More importantly, we'll learn from the collective wisdom of the community.

Professional and Practitioner Members are invited to join us on June 18.

Don’t just follow trends, join the leaders shaping the future of work and be a part of our next think tank discussion.

“Does the experience of pursuing the goal give enough reason to come back?”

That may have been the quote of the day from our BeWell event with Mike Rucker, Ph.D. last week.

As workplace wellbeing leaders, we spend a lot of time thinking about outcomes, but sustainable change also depends on the experience itself.

Do people actually want to return to the program, activity, meeting, or culture we are creating?

What part of the experience gives them a reason to come back?

Let us know your thoughts here, and we hope to see you at our Connected meeting on June 18 where we'll have a deeper discussion about these concepts as a community.

Your workplace culture is the key to driving wellbeing at work.

Companies that intentionally incorporate play into their culture, such as art classes, recess‑style breaks or friendly challenges, report increased productivity and job satisfaction.

Our next session, WTT Connected: Art and Play to Support Human Flourishing at Work on June 18, brings practitioners together to share how they’re weaving art and play into their organizations.

Join the conversation, swap ideas and discover what’s possible when you think differently about what wellbeing looks like at work. Learn more on our website: wellbeingthinktank.org/wtt-connected

✨ Getting together as a community to learn from Mike Rucker, Ph.D. was a great reminder that fun needs to be a part of our wellbeing engagement strategy.

As Mike shared, “fun is the number one predictor” of whether people come back and stay engaged, because people are more likely to stick with healthy habits and workplace wellbeing initiatives when they actually enjoy the experience.

We also loved the reminder that joy, creativity, and meaningful connection do not have to wait until after work. We can intentionally design them into our lives, teams, and workplace cultures.

📚 Congratulations to Annalise L., Cortney H., and Robye M. who all won a copy of Mike's book, "The Fun Habit". If you didn't win, you can grab a copy in our Bookshop: bookshop.org/shop/wellbeingthinktank

Next month, we’ll continue the conversation at our next WTT Connected event, where we come together as a community to reflect, share ideas, and explore how these concepts show up in real workplaces. We hope you'll join us for this interactive discussion.

We can't tag everyone who joined us yesterday, but we hope you enjoy this snapshot of our community in action!
