Most conflict interveners are skilled at working with what they can see. Yet research shows that hidden social-psychological dynamics drive conflict beneath conscious awarenessโinfluencing parties' perceptions, judgments, and outcomes, and risking circular interactions and stalemate.
Research consistently shows a gap between what practitioners aspire to do and what they actually do in practice. Even experienced mediators can miss what matters most, not because they lack skill, but because many of the dynamics shaping conflict operate outside conscious awareness.
In this engaging online program, we will learn and apply a research-based structured methodology to address implicit dynamics, interrupt habitual patterns of practice, and elevate professional mastery through peer-shared reflection in a supportive learning community.

Participants: Past participants include mediators, facilitators, ombuds, coaches, restorative practitioners, leaders, and other conflict professionals from around the world.
Format: Seven monthly, two-hour online sessions featuring presentations, readings, dialogue, and hands-on, case-based practice using your own experiences and dilemmas. Participants will learn the principles and resources of the 4โดSRIยฎ and apply them to their own real cases in a supportive learning community.
