The Oregon Mediation Association OMA was founded in 1986. In addition, OMA and its supporters work to transform the ways in which Oregonians resolve conflict.

The Oregon Mediation Association (OMA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of members committed to the development, support and advocacy of mediation in the state of Oregon. Membership in OMA provides opportunities for mediators to work together to elevate the quality and expand the availability of mediation programs and services in Oregon. OMA seeks to shift away from the traditional adversarial approach to conflict toward a collaborative mediation approach.

The Oregon Mediation Association Board would like your feedback about OMA's current work and future priorities. Your input will help the Board decide where to focus its limited time, volunteer capacity, and financial resources. Along with OMA Members we will also be sending this survey to the OSB ADR Section, Resolution Oregon, and Courts.

The survey takes about 12 to 15 minutes. Often your initial reaction is the best. OMA will not collect identifying information in this survey, and results will be reported only in aggregate. Please do not include names or other identifying details in written comments.

This survey will close end of day on Friday, October 23rd.

After submitting the survey, you may choose to enter a separate book drawing or express interest in volunteering.
