Jay County Civic Theatre Jay County Civic Theatre is a community-based, non-profit organization based in Portland, Indiana. Our next show will be "White Christmas" in December 2026.

We promote the theatre arts through performances and education programs. Jay County Civic Theatre is a non-profit organization that seeks to promote a love of theatre through its stage productions and educational programs. It is governed by an eight-person board of directors elected to three-year terms. Regular meetings are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in the board
