H’Nu Adrong, an Ê Đê mother from Buôn Kroa B, Đắk Lắk, is undergoing dialysis 3 times a week due to end-stage kidney failure. After losing her husband to cancer, she’s been raising two young children on her own. Her son, Y Phal, a 16 year-old, had to drop out of school to work and support his mother and his 10-year-old sister, H’Phil, an excellent student with dreams of becoming a teacher. Sadly, she fears losing her mother too.
This family is in desperate need of support. Your help can ensure H’Nu receives the medical care she needs, while Y Phal can return to school alongside his sister H’Phil. Let’s give their mother the strength to continue fighting this illness.

💙 The Dak Lak Metta Foundation, in collaboration with MoMo, is calling for community support in a fundraising campaign to provide nutritious meals for patients who are physically and financially exhausted. Many chronic patients have had to give up treatment simply because they had nothing to eat, even after being exempted from hospital fees. With every meal provided, the Foundation hopes to bring comfort and encouragement to help them continue their fight against illness.

The Dak Lak Metta Foundation successfully completed the donation of mooncakes, snacks, milk tea, and new clothes to children in need during the last Moon Festival. Our goal was to ensure that these children could enjoy the festival with joy and celebration, just like others. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this event possible!

⭐️In hopes of continuing this amazing opportunity, and we would love to share the successful event of teaching kids in the region of Dak Lak learn to swim to save a life.

❤️‍🩹For decades, the Central Highlands of Vietnam region has witnessed hundreds of tragic incidents of child drowning each year, causing great sorrow within the community. The number of drowning cases increases significantly during the summer break when students are not attending school anymore.

💥There were often 2-3 young children from impoverished families who lost their lives by drowning. This prompted the Dak Lak Metta Foundation to establish a program offering free swimming and water safety training courses for the poor.

With the success of an event we were thrilled!

⭐️In having the ability to visit my homeland country of Vietnam for the month, I was able to have the opportunity to come across this amazing piece of hope that the community has done for the families in poverty in the deep terrains of Vietnam.
