Arts for All PDX Arts for All is a program dedicated to making $5 tickets available to Oregon Trail Card holders in the Portland, Oregon region.

The Arts for All program was set-up and organized by members of Go Classical PDX (GCPDX), an association of classical music organizations in the Portland tri-county region. The 6-months pilot program included 12 music organizations. The expanded program includes more than 60 theatrre, music and dance organizations. Support is provided by Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC), Work for Art, and the City of Portland. Arts for All PDX was founded in 2011 by Portland arts organizations, including Ca****la Romana, with a simple concept: $5 flat-price admission to arts experiences in Portland for Oregon Trail Card EBT/SNAP recipients. Ca****la Romana has been honored to extend this offer to those attending in Seattle since the beginning, and this season we extend it to San Francisco as well!

Calling all Portland-area arts and culture organizations! Hopefully you received the recent email from RACC about the transition of the program to a community lead model. Moving forward, Arts for All will continue to promote cultural access to everyone in our community under the stewardship of a steering committee that is made up of representatives from several arts organizations in the community.

As part of the transition from RACC we’re focusing on renewing awareness of the program through social media and community outreach. As of August 2026 we have over 60 venues, museums, music organizations, theaters, and other cultural programs actively enrolled and would love to include yours.
